What is your returns/exchange policy?
At 3rdwavedrip, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

Unused and unworn

In original condition

With all original tags attached
Note: Items that have been altered, customised, or purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
How can I process a return?
To initiate a return, please submit your request through our Returns Portal.
Once your request is submitted and approved, our team will arrange a pickup from your registered address.
After the item is received at our facility, it will undergo a quality inspection to ensure it meets our return eligibility requirements. Once approved, your return will be processed based on your selected option:
1. Store Credit

Issued as a discount code via email

Valid for 6 months from the date of issue

Can be used on future purchases (online or in-store)

No deductions – full refund value is credited
2. Refund to Original Payment Method

Processed after approval

Reflected within 5–7 business days
Deductions (if applicable):

₹100 return shipping fee for prepaid orders

₹250 Cash on Delivery (COD) fee is non-refundable
Important: All returns are processed only after the item is received and approved by our quality team.
How can I process an exchange?
To initiate an exchange, please submit your request through our Exchanges Portal.
Once approved, our team will arrange a pickup from your registered address.
After receiving the item, it will go through a quality inspection. Upon approval, we will process your exchange and ship the replacement item.
Please note:

Only one exchange per purchase is allowed

Replacement must be of equal or higher value

Any price difference must be paid before dispatch

In-store exchange is available (if applicable)

Processing time depends on product availability and delivery timelines
How do I return/exchange a product internationally?
For international orders, please contact 3rdwavedrip with your order number and reason for return.
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we will:

Process a refund or issue store credit (as per your preference), or

Dispatch a replacement item (for exchanges)
